Colors of Life

It's by no means the greatest picture in the world but there's just something about it that I really like. Sault Ste Marie, Michigan is such a beautiful place and I have so many pictures from my time up there.

"Oh Ratch', come on! They won't hurt 'em!" Wheeljack whined a bit as his fins flashed, the inventor tugging on the CMO's servo a bit as he attempted to give him the best 'puppy eyes' that he could. "They'll be as gentle as can be with the lil ones, I promise!"  
 
Oblivious to the serious conversation that was going on with his parents, Steam Rider was plopped down on the ground playing with some toys that Wheeljack had designed for them, steaming billowing out of his mask every now and then. Both sparklings had been developing wonderfully under the watchful eye of their YMPT - Meet the Dinobots

Shutting the door to the room off his lab, Wheeljack leaned back against it a bit and let out a quiet sigh. The sparklings had protested sleep like no tomorrow but the inventor had finally gotten them to calm down, chirping and cooing at them until they both finally drifted off.  
 
Optics flickering back online he glanced over to where he knew Ratchet was waiting, as patient as he always was when it came to the inventor, Wheeljack's frame quivering slightly.  
 
Time for that talk it seemed.

Being Optimus Prime was depressing at points. In the field, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Not every decision could be popular, and someone always got hurt no matter what he did.   
In his office, there were seemingly endless piles of paperwork courtesy of Prowl, and visitors were rare. And of course, when a visitor did dare poke their head into the Autobot leader's office, it was almost always, without fail, because they had a complaint.

Steam Rider let out a soft series of clicks as he and Velocity pushed the door that they had chosen to dart in shut, the black mechling blowing out a puff of steam as his nervousness began to show through. He knew they were going to be in a lot of trouble when Wheeljack and Ratchet found him and he hated to make them worry..but...Velocity was just so convincing and it was hard to say no!   
Chirping softly he looked at his brother, the sparkling huddling closer to him as he peered at the door, as if waiting for Ratchet to burst through it. &nbs You and Me...Plus Two? Pt. 5

Work consumes my life as of late. I haven't been able to work on any new icons or fics thanks to customer appreciation days and full schedules. x_x Tis tons of fun.

I want to go to the zoo again before the snow falls. ;_; Maybe I can fit it in next week since I have two days off in a row.

We shall see!

In other news...

Bought RotF on Blu-Ray. <3 Optimus' eyes are shiny and pretty and make me love him even more. BD
